Are these products really created from genuine kangaroo scrotum (balls)?

Yes, these are the real deal. Kangaroo scrotum hides (although they are stuffed with plaster to make them hard). They are all Australian grown and made. 

 

How are these kangaroo scrotums obtained?

They are a by-product of kangaroos that have been have been lawfully culled for meat production and/or to control the size of the population. Harvested and processed in accordance with National Parks and Wildlife Service regulation

 

Were any kangaroos killed solely to make this product?

Absolutely not. Each opener is made from the hide of kangaroos that were culled humanely, according to the strict regulations of the Australian National Parks & Wildlife Service. Both the Red Kangaroo and the Eastern Grey Kangaroo are harvested for meat or to control the size of the local population.

Once the kangaroos have been lawfully culled, the by-products are then used to create these authentic Australian souvenirs. Each hide is dried, treated and prepares for commercial use.

 

Can I send my order overseas? 

Of course! We currently offer standard and express shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. All international parcels are sent with tracking and signature on delivery as standard.

As the customer, you are responsible for checking customs and duty tax restrictions for the country you are sending your order to. Australia the Gift is not liable for any import duties, taxes, penalties, delays or confiscation you may incur as part your country’s legislation.

Customers sending items overseas as gifts, please note that due to customs regulations Australia The Gift are required to include a tax invoice on the parcel to avoid delays, additional charges or destruction of the parcel.

If you are wanting to send a gift internationally, please let us know in the notes section of the Checkout and we will ensure that your invoice is not included within the parcel and only attached to the outside for customs inspections.

 

What if my gift gets stuck in customs? 


Approximately 5% of gifts sent receive a random fuller check by customs in the country they are being sent to.

This is a completely normal process.

When this happens, customs may request more information on the shipment contents; and/or contact the person receiving the gift to ensure it’s going to a legitimate person and address; and/or hold the item for a standard period (usually approx. 5-7 working days).

  

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

Simply send an email through to admin@kangaroonuts.com.au your order conformation email and number. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
