30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

All items carry our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase ( for refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges).

For faulty items, please contact us at admin@kangaroonuts.com.au before returning any goods.

We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.

In this case, please email admin@kangaroonuts.com.au prior to sending goods back.

 

Conditions:

  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, and have been worn or washed.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered on products where the packaging is missing or has been damaged.

Kangaroo Nuts is not responsible for the freight or customs costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Kangaroo Nuts will cover any postage costs. Please email admin@kangaroonuts.com.au prior to sending goods back.

  • No refunds or payments will be made in respect to customs charges or taxes incurred as part of an international return. As per our shipping policy, Kangaroo Nuts is not liable for any customs charges or duties
  • No refunds will be offered for freight costs where there the goods are returned but are not deemed faulty. In these cases, only the costs of the goods will be refunded.
  • Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke, or made dirty

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

In regards to unclaimed orders, if any item(s) from an order has been returned to us for reasons such as:

- An incorrect and/or insufficient address was supplied
- International custom issues which did not allow for the parcel to be sent.

We will reach out to the supplied contact email on the order at least three times within 60 days to resolve the issue.

If no resolution has been reached within this 60 day limit, then the item(s) will be officially returned to our warehouse and the monies from the order will not be refunded
